Determining Conformity Requirements for Product Design
- Identify the impact of Standards on product design (including choice of protection techniques, inclusion of non-certified components, impact of Standards on the installation of the field wiring)
- Anticipate the certification requirements of your chosen design (from concept to prototype to production)
- Pre-assess the product and prepare checklists that demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Standards

Requesting a Quotation from a Certifying Body
- Prepare an RFQ proposal that has only the required information presented clearly and in enough detail to get an accurate and cost effective quote quickly
Assisting in the Preparation of Certification Documents
- Help prepare effective scheduled drawings for certification (separate from manufacturing drawings for production)
- Provide required details to demonstrate explosion protection conformity of the product with Standards, guides and Codes
